These terms of service govern the relationship between the service provider and the client. By booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.

Booking terms
Booking a treatment is possible via online form, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- •A booking is valid after confirmation from the provider (by email or phone).
- •Cancellation is possible at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations without notice may result in refusal of future bookings.
- •If you are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.
Payment terms
Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer after the treatment. Prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) and include all materials used during the treatment.
Health notice
Before treatment, the client must disclose any health conditions, allergies, medications, and pregnancy. Cosmetology services are not a substitute for medical care. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor.
Liability
The provider is responsible for the quality of services rendered. The client must follow post-treatment care recommendations. The provider is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow instructions.
Photo documentation
Before/after photos may only be taken with client consent. Use of photos on the website or social media requires written consent. The client may withdraw consent at any time.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
